I wrote a two star review years, the pillows were lumpy and subpar quality. Recently the company reached out to me multiple times to get me to delete the review. At first I refused but then they upped the refund to $40 and said they were really trying to do better as a company so I agreed.

We found a bed bug crawling on the pillow the first night we used it. I had no idea what a bed bug looked like until I felt something crawling on me and researched to see what it was. We took them off and placed them in the washer as soon as possible but now we are freaked out! Do not recommend!

I was originally going to go with 4 stars on these, because they are just not quite what I was expecting. When I thought of hotel grade pillows, I was picturing these pillows at this one place I stayed at - I swear these pillows were made of heaven and pixie dust, firm but soft.

If you like a lumpy pillow this is the one for you! Tried this pillow only one night and it was the worst pillow I have ever used. I don’t get the hype of this pillow! There was no neck support, my head was engulfed on both sides with my neck sinking to the bed. Worse sleep I ever had.

Love the pillow! I wore it to the local park and wound up in jail 5 hours later. Someone called the cops on me because he or she thought that I had huffed a bunch of spraypaints and shoved my head into a Thanksgiving turkeys butt then passed out on a park bench.

Followed the instructions and put this in the dryer before usage. It turned into lumpy cotton balls! You can feel each lump through the lining of the pillow. I was SO excited for this and now I’ll be sending it back.

These are the worst pillows ever! I usually buy cheaper pillows but wanted something better so decided to spend the money and get a My Pillow - What a waste of money! It’s a flat bag of chopped up foam. The cheap pillows at TJ Maxx are way better.

I read all the 5-star reviews on this product with some skepticism, but upon receiving it today via Amazon Prime, I was at once impressed. The build quality seemed decent, and as someone else wrote, this memory foam product is the ‘goldilocks’ of seat cushions… not too firm and not too soft.

I’m sorry-I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was trash. Definitely not worth almost $50! The foam was all shredded (as described) but it didn’t "interlock" together…
