Velvet hangers. Often purchased because they’re cheap to buy in bulk, save space and are non-slip.
I switched over solely to these about a year ago when I came to the conclusion I wouldn’t magically have more closets but needed more space.

I was thrilled to receive this lovely drying rack as it helps save space in my small house. I have had many different types of racks over the years and I am particularly happy with having a rack that will not hold moisture and stain (as wood does) and will not rust (as many metal racks will).

The product is STRONG. This is true, and the product is reusable but there were NO DIRECTIONS in the box describing how to remove the product. I hung the product crooked and went to remove it and it tore the paint right off of my wall.

I ordered the set of 50 based on the 3k reviews. When I took them out of the bag, I placed them on my bed- a king size with white sheets. Immediately, I discovered a cloud of black dust all over the place. I ran my hand on the hanger, and the velvet flocking just came off.

These broke easily also contains lead!!!! My daughter had lead in her one year routine blood test. We live in a newer home so we couldn’t figure out what would of caused this. So we bought a hone test kit everything tested negative until I tried it on the metal part if her hangers!!!

Don’t listen to the bad reviews. These people obviously can’t read, as it indicates they aren’t intended for use on painted walls and wallpaper. However, this isn’t the products fault. This is a fantastic item. This thing has been hanging up in my shower for months and hasn’t budged.

Product is pretty sturdy when moving on a laminate floor. What I really don’t like is that you cannot fully hang two sets of adult cloths as the bars are too close together. So you really only have one bar for adult cloths to use. The picture I feel misrepresents the product.

The good: The design is great - I love the wings that unfold, and it can hold a lot of stuff.

I have been using these for about a month and several have snapped off and broken. I haven’t put anything heavy on them, only lightweight summer clothes. You can see in the photo this one snapped from a silk dress. Frustrated that I have to find new hangers again.

Bought a set of these and the amazon basics ones to compare which I’d like better. I got these in the mail first and I set up my pants on them and even some heavy sweaters that can’t be hung normally. I LOVE these! They make putting away my pants so much easier and more uniform looking.

I bought these hangers because of the great reviews. Unfortunately, I am disappointed and am returning them! Why? 2 reasons … one minor and one major:
The major reason: The black velvet dust that they leave everywhere they go, including on my shirts!

The single most important thing you need to know about this doubler is that in order to use the top half for women’s shirts/blouses, you will need to hang the rod on the bottom rung and even then, it might still be too short.
