I like the way it looks I guess. Assembly wasn’t too rough. Packaged cleverly. But here’s the thing : a couch is to be sat on, it’s hard to sit on this. There’s not a comfortable position. It’s just plain old awkward. I had high hopes, perhaps foolish of me for the price tag being considered. Or maybe I’m just fancy, I don’t know.

After all the rave reviews I went ahead and ordered this product. I am extremely disappointed.
Maybe my product came defective, I sat on it once and I weigh 125 and in the middle it has started to sink in (in the middle) and is very uncomfortable now. I set this up maybe two weeks ago now and it is already giving me issues.

Hey, so you’re probably thinking this couch looks like a great deal! I thought the same. I purchased this couch recently, and had it arrive A DAY earlier than what amazon was showing for expected delivery ( which is great!). DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH. it is a piece of poop garbage trash couch. It does not look like the picture, it looks way crappier in person. The color isn’t so much chocolate but rather more of a doodoo brown. It’s simple enough to put together but it’s terribly uncomfortable. Take your $400 and use it on something that’s worth it.

BUYER BEWARE . I liked the fact that this chair has a small footprint when not reclined and put it together easily today.

The chair started out perfect. Fitted all our needs. A comfortable chair for everyday and a bed for the rare occasion we had a over night guest. After two weeks the chair will no longer locks, on one side, in the up right sitting position.

Let me just start off by saying you get what you pay for. This futon is VERY cheaply made in China and looks nicer than it is. It’s VERY firm and not comfortable at all and it’s a foam cushioning that will eventually just deform.
Now.. when I received the box it was huge - which I expected but it was SUPER GLUED (basically) shut.

Don’t buy. Main support beam cracked within a week. They would only take a return if I could ship it back in the box, which I had disposed of. Sellers didn’t seem to understand English very well, so there was a communication barrier making the whole process very frustrating. Purchasing a new box would cost me $50, making the return not worthwhile.
